Just wanna reintroduce myself to everyone who may not remember. Im Sandman. been on teams like, dri., -=rp=-, and =GNS=.

First off i wanna say thank you to Francis for bringing this place back! this community and this game ment so much to me for the years that i was a part of it. Ive tried so hard for the past few years to stay in touch with fellow DF'ers, and have tried hard to find old DF'ers. This game and community was the only one that i cared to be a part of. Ive tried to be a part of others, but nothing ever came close to the experiences, or friendships that i have made here. After this community went to shit i really missed all of the things that made this place what it was. The love, the hate, the controversy, and everything else that made this place so unique. We all held on to a game that we loved for way too long, and its amazing to me that after 10 years the people that were here then, the people that are here now, and the people that will come back in the future still remember and still (whether they will admit it or not) love to be apart of this community.

yessir. I forgot to put that in my initial post, but i was going to do that at some point, but my essay just went on a little too much. :) I was just leaving work, when i seen that i had a new message from you, and went to send you a reply but you were offline. So i pulled up the site on my phone, and almost shat myself. I was going around about a month ago looking for any info i could find, to see if there was still a GNS site or even a squadgames site, and came across a website that had info about all these different websites like DFW, GNS, and SG. So when i seen the link you sent me was a .info, i thought that was the link that you were sending me.

As for your love and compasion for this place? Well, from what I have been told, your post appears to be in the past tense seeing how everying you said about the past will be here all over again. Oh wait, there is more.... There will be even more and cooler stuff to deal with here as well.

Im looking forward to it. im really hoping that this site and that this community can really install those competitive gaming needs that have been missing from me whenever this game finally ran its course. Thats why ive been looking so hard, and just waiting for this community to get up and running again. Im really looking forward to more console gaming, and console tournaments here. Im so tired of every console gaming site being just a poorly run, automated ladder system. Ladders are fine for some games, but nothing beats the thrill of a one and done playoff system. I like playing for a chance to be labled the best for that particular time and place, not being labled the best simply because my team has played 50 more games then every other team, so it puts me number one on a board, or number two on a board and have no chance to catch up with number one because of that. I think that with the focus being on a particular game, instead of every game that comes out, along with the man power that will be provided, I think that this place will be a huge success. Now, heres to hoping that the games that NL is putting out arent terrible.
